Gruyere & Vegetable Bake

A delicious, hearty vegetable bake. To make our delicious vegetable bake, Chef layers wholemeal bread with a brilliantly coloured medley of peppers, tomatoes, onion, celery and sweetcorn. Chef then bakes the layers with milk, eggs and Gruyere cheese.  Finally, he tops with freshly grated Parmesan.


Macaroni Pie

This Macaroni Pie is ideal for lunch or a light dinner. To make this macaroni pie, Chef fills Scotch pie shells to the brim. He makes the macaroni with a rich, cheesy sauce and tops with grated cheese, before baking to perfection. Available in single or double portions.
