To make our delicious vegetable bake, Chef layers wholemeal bread with a brilliantly coloured medley of peppers, tomatoes, onion, celery and sweetcorn. Chef then bakes the layers with milk, eggs and Gruyere cheese. Finally, he tops with freshly grated Parmesan.
This Spinach Strudel is a delicious vegetarian dish.
Chef uses filo pastry for a perfect light crispy casing for a delicious creamy mixture, combining fresh mushroom, blanched spinach and roasted red peppers. Chef then tops the strudel with sesame seeds. Best served with a fresh rocket salad.

Chef makes our vegetable stew by cooking swede, parsnip, celery, carrot and cabbage in vegetable stock, thickened with pearl barley. Serve piping hot with chunks of bread for a warm, comforting dish.
