Gruyere & Vegetable Bake

A delicious, hearty vegetable bake. To make our delicious vegetable bake, Chef layers wholemeal bread with a brilliantly coloured medley of peppers, tomatoes, onion, celery and sweetcorn. Chef then bakes the layers with milk, eggs and Gruyere cheese.  Finally, he tops with freshly grated Parmesan.



Mushroom & Spinach Strudel

This Spinach Strudel is a delicious vegetarian dish. Chef uses filo pastry for a perfect light crispy casing for a delicious creamy mixture, combining fresh mushroom, blanched spinach and roasted red peppers. Chef then tops the strudel with sesame seeds. Best served with a fresh rocket salad.
