Ecclefechan Tart is perfect for pudding or an afternoon tea. Ecclefechan Tart is a great traditional dessert from Scottish bakeries. Chef mixes Vine fruits and walnuts together in sweet caramel, then sets in a pastry case. Serve with a generous dollop of double cream. Serves 6

Trifle is a firm favourite in Scotland! To make this Gourmet trifle, Chef sets colourful layers of custard, raspberry jelly and cream encase a fruit cocktail and vanilla sponge. Chef then adds a generous splash of sherry for the final flourish. Available in single or double portions.
