How it works
Ordering from our range of gourmet mains, starters, desserts and sides is simple, whether you prefer to order online or request a brochure and order by post. You can also give us a call and our team will be more than happy to make recommendations on our menu or any dietary requirements you might have.
Once you’ve chosen from our delicious menu, choose your delivery date and approximate time of day. Your dishes are then hand prepared and cooked using the finest fresh ingredients by one of our chefs, all from our kitchen in Biggar, Lanarkshire. Your freshly prepared, chilled order is then hand packed and despatched to arrive with you approximately within 24 hours of leaving our kitchen.
Each dish comes with optimum re-heating instructions, advising whether you should use the oven or microwave to heat up your meals before tucking in.
Each month there are 4 weekly delivery dates to choose from, and you can specify whether you prefer a morning (pre 12 noon) delivery for a small surcharge. A few rural areas are excluded from this service, and if applicable, our customer service team will contact you if this is applicable to your order. Pre 12pm delivery is £2.50.
All our deliveries are dispatched with our courier APC for next-day delivery between the hours of 8am and 5.30pm. We also give the option of providing a different address if you think you’ll be out. For deliveries across the UK mainland delivery charge is £6.95, with orders of £100 or over receiving free delivery.
For deliveries to remote areas of the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man parcels will arrive within 48 hours of dispatch. Due to delivery constraints, the standard charge for P&P to Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland & the Isle of Man is £10. Orders over £100 are delivered FREE.
